Overview
The School of Music offers the Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, Music Education, Music Business, Music Therapy, Composition, and Jazz Studies. Graduate degree options for pianists include the Master of Music degree in Piano Performance, Piano Pedagogy, and Jazz Studies.
Pianists have a wide variety of solo and collaborative performance opportunities in recitals, concerti, chamber music, and large ensembles. Individual lessons are complemented with weekly performance classes, accompanying experiences, and the chance to explore secondary studies in organ and jazz piano. Visiting guest artists present masterclasses and recitals each year, including the 麻豆社 Piano Festival each spring semester.
