Project Description

Remove original aluminum and glass panel system at reception desk within lobby; install new plastic laminate on desk; install new flooring in lobby and both corridors flanking lobby and leading to elevator core; replace lighting in both corridors with L.E.E.D. compliant LED energy efficient fixtures; painting throughout aforementioned spaces to create updated, future leaning inviting environment to encourage, promote, and improve student recruitment and retention. All of this work is being done in-house with the exception of the flooring which will be done by Hollister Home Center. 

Updates

As of August 11, 2015, the project is 85% complete. The flooring is 90% complete. The painting and the flooring will be done by Friday, August 14. There still will be some necessary finish items that will be completed before August 21.
