麻豆社 HR Student Gains Valuable Experience at SHRM Annual Conference and Expo

MACOMB, IL 鈥� Vy Le, an undergraduate student from 麻豆社 Illinois University鈥檚 Human Resource Program, recently attended the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference and Expo held in Chicago, IL.
The conference provided attendees the opportunity to hear from industry-leading speakers and participate in sessions covering the latest trends in the ever-evolving HR landscape, including talent acquisition, mental health, empathetic leadership, employee engagement, HR technology and more.
鈥淚 was able to meet a lot of HR professionals and vendors, including vendors used at Ascentra Credit Union where I am currently an intern in the HR department. I also met the team from MRA and answered a few HR questions on their podcast! This was a great experience - putting yourself out there is important. This conference opened a lot of doors for me. I鈥檓 even more eager now to enter the professional HR world!,鈥� Le said.
